Lead a multi-jurisdictional survey practice across Maryland, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, and Virginia in business for 47-year-old, minority-owned engineering firm helping shape the region’s infrastructure.

What we’re looking for:

• Maryland professional licensure, with the ability to obtain DC, PA, and VA licensure quickly

• 7+ years of experience leading survey teams

• Strong proficiency in Civil 3D, MicroStation, and InRoads

• Proven leadership and project management skills
