Another basement transformation is complete! 🔨
We started by gutting the old drywall, framing, and electrical that wasn't up to code. From there, we rebuilt the space with a clean, modern finish, including hidden access panels for the breaker box and water meter to keep everything accessible without sacrificing the look.
The open ceiling concept gives the room a much larger feel, and we finished it off with all-new flooring and a carpet staircase.
This project also included electrical upgrades in the garage, featuring a new subpanel, additional outlets, and a Tesla Level 2 EV charger installation.

We have undertaken a comprehensive renovation of the basement to address substantial issues resulting from a previously incomplete project. The existing drywall was found to be uneven, the framing was misaligned, and the electrical infrastructure presented serious safety concerns due to code non-compliance. Given these factors, we concluded that starting anew would be the most effective approach to delivering a high-quality finished basement that aligns with our client's expectations. Following demolition, reframing, and electrical rough-in, drywall installation is slated to begin tomorrow.
