Q: What experience(s) shaped your career the most?
"My career started in technical service and field support, which gave me a strong appreciation for the customer’s real-world challenges. Over time, moving from hands-on technical roles into sales and regional leadership shaped how I approach business today. I try to balance technical understanding, customer relationships, team development, and commercial discipline."
Q: What motivates you?
"I am motivated by the opportunity to help people succeed, whether that is supporting a sales rep through a difficult opportunity, helping a customer find the right solution, or improving a process that makes the business stronger."
Q: What are some hobbies / pastimes / passions you have outside of work?
"Outside of work, I enjoy travelling with my wife and kids, coaching and supporting my kids’ activities, photography, and staying active."
