We recently surprised our field crew building the headquarters expansion in Birmingham with ice cream. On this Labor Day, we're grateful for every person who shows up, makes us better, and builds something real. Shoutout to Doodle's Homemade Sorbets and Ices, Bendy's Cookies & Cream, and Frios Gourmet Pops for cooling us off in this summer heat.

A defining moment for healthcare in Montgomery County 🏗️ FirstHealth of the Carolinas celebrated the topping out of the Montgomery Memorial Replacement Hospital in Troy, North Carolina.

The two-story, 40,956 sq ft acute care facility will replace the existing hospital to keep the highest-quality care close to home and allow for future expansion. Once complete, the new hospital will feature 25 patient beds, outpatient surgical services, imaging and diagnostic services, and a 24-hour emergency department. We are grateful to our project partners, community leaders, and the Troy community who have supported this vision.

We're celebrating Chick-fil-A Supply awarding Brasfield & Gorrie its 2025 Partner of the Year. 🎉

This recognition means a lot to us, and we're so grateful for this partnership that has now grown to multiple projects across many regions and markets. Just one year ago, we completed our very first Chick-fil-A Supply Tri-Temp Distribution Center (Project Sol) located in South Florida. Fast forward a year later, and we recently broke ground on our third Chick-fil-A Supply Tri-Temp DC (Project Ranger) located in West Texas. Adding to this accomplishment, later this year we will be turning over our second CFA Supply Tri-Temp DC (Project Ray) located in Central Florida that will serve more than 200 Chick-fil-A restaurants across the region. Suffice to say, we’ve been busy helping our partners reach their supply chain goals.

The Central Florida CFA Supply (Project Ray) Tri-Temp Distribution Facility is situated on 41 acres and includes more than 243,000 SF of tri-temp cold storage facility with a high-bay freezer, a vehicle maintenance building, and a guard house. Our design-build approach and self-perform sitework capabilities on this project combined to help our client achieve their goal, meet budget, reduce schedule, provide tighter coordination of cold storage details, deliver faster ex*****on, and provide excellence throughout construction of this state-of-the-art cold storage facility.

We celebrated our Atlanta craft teammates and their families with burgers and beluga whales for Craft Family Day at the Georgia Aquarium. 🐳

We built the aquarium in 2005 and have continued to build there as it's grown. It made a fitting backdrop for thanking the people who make work like that possible.

When Motorola Solutions needed a new testing and manufacturing facility, our Miami team answered the call.

Located in Plantation, Florida, this three-story, Class A, build-to-suit office building includes premium office space, dedicated lab areas, and modern amenities. We tailored the building to Motorola Solutions' specific operational needs to support their cutting-edge work in advanced technology and communications.

We're investing in our hometown's future and expanding our headquarters in Birmingham. The approximately $65 million expansion will provide more office space and conference rooms that will accommodate training needs and add at least 80 full-time positions to the Birmingham area.

The team is already making great progress. More to come.

We're welcoming 162 interns from 45 schools this fall. We can't wait to see what they'll accomplish this semester as they gain experience on real-world construction projects.
