On this project, we opened up the floor to investigate a noticeable bounce and discovered a makeshift beam and support system underneath. Instead of properly supporting the structure, the added framing was creating uneven weight distribution and contributing to the problem.

Work covers the Denver metro to Peak to Peak area from North Boulder to Evergreen and Hwy 119 to I‑25.
Pay is $35–$55/hr depending on experience and tools. Must have dependable transportation.
Pay is weekly (first week offset and every week after).
