We usually post concrete… but today we’re talking horsepower. 🏁

We’re excited to be sponsoring local driver Matt Wiebusch and the 2026 car this season.

As we’ve had a few nicer days mixed in with the lingering Minnesota cold, we’re not quite able to start our 2026 season just yet! We’ve been taking advantage of the warmer days to meet with homeowners, take a look at concerns around their property, and other projects they may want to do!

Some of the most common issues we’re seeing right now include:
• Leaks in well rooms (typically located beneath the front step or side step)
• Deteriorating garage foundation blocks
• Grading concerns around the foundation

These are all very common to see this time of year after a Minnesota winter. While some may be minor, others can worsen over time—so it’s often best to address them early.
If you’ve noticed any of these issues around your home or are planning a project this year, we’re always here to help.

We’re looking forward to speaking at the upcoming HOA Leadership Network – Eagan Chapter Meeting.

We’ll be covering common spring foundation and water concerns, along with preventative steps to help protect buildings long-term.

A little backstory of how we got involved in sponsoring the HOA Leadership Network

Last July, after completing a project at his HOA, Mark approached us about sponsoring a chapter. My first response was,
“But we don’t really work in HOAs.”

He explained to me that the focus was about educating board members so they can better understand their properties and confidently choose who they work with. And that stuck with me.

Most of our work is residential foundation repair and waterproofing, and one of the most common things we hear is: “Why is this happening?”

Education has always been a big part of what we do. We don’t just repair foundation and waterproofing issues — we explain why they happen and how to prevent them moving forward.

If we can help leaders better understand how to protect their properties before small issues become major repairs — whether it’s one home or an entire association — that’s worth being part of.
