Several women from PBE had the opportunity to attend the 2026 Women's Leadership Summit at The Glass City Center. Women’s Leadership Summit - Toledo hosted a luncheon and Keynote Speaker Elyce Arons, Co-Founder of Kate Spade and CEO and Co-Founder of Frances Valentine. who discussed the event's theme of "Clarity + Courage = Growth." It's always wonderful when our Associates get the opportunity to get in the community and connect with other Toledo-based corporations.

Our team of Glynn and Kris were busy spreading the word about FREE Tranquility Products and resources available through the Northwest Ohio Medical Supply Closet along with our partners from The Ability Center and Area Office on Aging of Northwestern Ohio, Inc.

Congratulations to Friends of BG Dog Park, one of the nine grant recipients from the 2025 Principle Business Fund!

The BG Dog Park provides the citizens of Bowling Green, OH and surrounding communities, a large open area to exercise, interact and share valuable education regarding dog care and training.

Funds awarded to Friends of BG Dog Park will be used to build a walking path around the park providing people and their dogs an opportunity to exercise in a safe environment through the ‘Paws and a Pathway’ project.

Blessings In Disguise Inc. serves Medicaid patients and those in need by providing free medical equipment when their insurance will not cover the cost. Their mission is to bridge the gap in healthcare and to empower people – mainly seniors, Veterans and individuals with disabilities – to maintain their independence and well-being.

Funds awarded to Blessings in Disguise will be used to purchase shower chairs for those with limited mobility in the community.

Congratulations to Avenues for Autism, one of the nine grant recipients from the 2025 Principle Business Fund!

Avenues for Autism serves individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. Many individuals they serve face barriers related to youth education, poverty, access to services and opportunities for personal development. Their Autism Counseling Program provides evidence-based virtual counseling that strengthens emotional regulation, communication and daily living skills. Additionally, their program directly supports families through coaching and intergenerational learning, empowering caregivers with strategies that reduce stress, improve family functioning and create more equitable access to care.

Funds awarded to Avenues for Autism will be used to support technology, supplies and equipment for their autism counseling program, group therapy sessions and tools for individualized sessions focused on teaching life skills and fostering independence as part of an extended learning opportunity throughout the summer.
