Scope of Work Included:
✔️ Gentle power washing of all condominium front porch areas to remove dirt, environmental staining, and surface contaminants
✔️ Targeted spot pointing of deteriorated and weathered mortar joints where required to maintain masonry integrity and prevent water infiltration

✔️ Installation of Perma-Sand polymeric sand within porch landing paver joints to improve stability, reduce w**d growth, and enhance overall appearance
✔️ Surface preparation of all exposed underside second-floor porch steel Q-deck systems
✔️ Scraping and removal of loose paint, oxidation, and surface deterioration from metal deck components
✔️ Professional priming of all prepared metal surfaces to promote proper adhesion and corrosion resistance
✔️ Application of protective finish coats to all Q-deck undersides, restoring a clean, uniform appearance while extending the service life of the metal components
✔️ Detailed workmanship, site protection, and thorough project cleanup throughout all eight condominium properties
