Not all air filters are created equal. One of the upgrades we often recommend to homeowners when installing a new unit is switching to a 4-inch filter instead of the standard 1-inch filter, especially when it doesn't cost anything extra to install it.

We had the pleasure of assisting Hidden Creek Golf course in Burleson, Texas. They reached out to us when they noticed two of their cooling systems were acting up. Upon our inspection, we quickly realized the systems had no power - a problem we traced back to the main control panel. Ensuring safety first, we had ONCOR come out to fix the issue. After the power was restored, we then discovered a faulty thermostat and contactor. Replacing both promptly got the units back to their cooling glory. Today was a good reminder that sometimes it's more than a single fix, but we're always up for the challenge.
