We are so excited to be building what will be the new home for Charlie's Produce in Spokane!! It’s been a long time coming but we’re proud to start bringing this project to life.

As highlighted in this article, the new approximately 66,000 SF warehouse and office facility will expand cold storage and distribution capabilities, supporting continued growth in the region. And lucky for us, it's right next door to our Spokane office.

Last Thursday, we had the opportunity to celebrate the groundbreaking ceremony with the team, marking a major milestone. Since then, we’ve hit the ground running and are already making progress on site.

We’re looking forward to delivering a high-performing facility that supports Charlie’s Produce’s mission of getting quality products from farm to market and strengthening the regional food supply chain for years to come. And for welcome new neighbors.

This award is a direct reflection of the dedication, grit, and collaboration our project team brought to this work every single day. From early planning through final ex*****on, this was a complex and high-impact project that will play a critical role in the food industry throughout the Inland Northwest and beyond. Our team rose to the challenge and this recognition belongs to every individual who played a role in making it successful.

We also want to extend our sincere thanks to our client, Simplot Company for a partnership built over years of trust and collaboration. Thank you for believing in our team and entrusting us with a project of this scale and importance. We don’t take that responsibility lightly, and we’re proud of what we accomplished side by side.

As we ring in the New Year, we’re also honored to celebrate and reflect on 50 years of building. For half a century, our company has been proud to construct projects that stand the test of time, powered by hard work, integrity, and the people behind every jobsite.

This past year was especially meaningful as we reflected on our beginnings with the Fisher family as Fisher and Sons, the generations that followed, and the passing of the torch—each built on a legacy of consistent craftsmanship that brought us to where we are today. None of this would be possible without our dedicated employees, loyal clients, and trusted partners. We thank all of you for being part of our journey.

Last quarter, we had a lot to celebrate with some truly incredible Employee Milestones! 89 Employees celebrated their anniversaries last quarter, 6 of them celebrating 20 years or longer with us!
