We had the pleasure of hosting a great crew from our client, Olympus Ventures, onsite at The Brook this week. We are making good strides towards turning this project over to them on time and under budget. The units are coming together inside, the commons areas are looking great, the exterior is just about done and we have started the pool construction. Wanted to say thanks for stopping by and we look forward to partnering on more projects moving forward!

This year, the beginning of March brings upon us two extremely important employee anniversaries along with some well deserved recognition. James Todd and Shawn Johnson are two of our long standing project management experts. Over the last 10! years, they both have been staples of the company, client favorites and the embodiment of our values. The understatement of the century: "Without these two individuals, BJ Baas Builders would be NOWHERE near where we are today". Words cannot express the appreciation and gratitude we have for them, THANK YOU for your contributions!!!

We wanted to take a moment to recognize the accomplishments and the retirement of one of our key employees. Tom Schoenecker is deservedly moving on to the next season of life! We have been working at Bethel University for around 15 years and have completed hundreds of projects for them throughout our history. The latest of these projects were complete gut and rebuilds of two old office suites into their new Admissions and Career Development hubs along with a brand new balcony for Admissions to look out over the lobby into the Benson Great Hall! The work on campus is always exciting as most often the projects need to be started and finished in the months of June and July, these were no different! Thank you BU for the longstanding relationship!!!
