Reiff Design | Build is growing and looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team in Carlisle, PA.

We specialize in high-quality residential remodeling including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions. We're looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish.

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years residential remodeling experience.
- Technical skills across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile, flooring, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings, architectural plans, and lead jobsite tasks.
- Professional attitude working in clients’ homes.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership ability to mentor and train junior carpenters.
- Aligns with company core values, culture and mission.

What we offer:
- Ability to earn $80K - $90K per year depending on experience and work ethic.
- Consistent year-round work. No weekends.
