And that’s a wrap . Just needs gutter installed. What a cool , fun project. On to the next masterpiece . Some jobs you just have to give the customer what they want. Take that almost 30 year old A/C unit ,I “highly”(the actual word I used ) recommended in the planning phase of project that this should have been updated . Three times in the last two weeks I’ve heard “we should have changed the heating system vs. just having it serviced now that everything is new . Although we removed the whole unit wrapped twice and covered before demo and they had it serviced it has a smell . Not a bad smell just a smell her words not mine . I said well it’s old and everything else is brand new and will never be cleaner . Just food for thought on your next project, is it worth shaving where you shouldn’t?! PS we reused ceiling fan and it had a wobble that cost more time to fix than a new one cost . (Ricky Bobby plug (that was the first and last Time for that BS ) All in all I was totally pleased with the results of this project especially the interior .

When standing on a ledge with no one to talk you down pays off with dividends! 🤪❤️🎉🙏

ProVia Endure window cross section shows the honeycomb or air space which gives you optimum insulation from those really cold or hot days .
Take note they even incorporated it into the window glazing stops {triangle to the left of outer layer of glass.} They also have two layers of water cutoff mastics sealing glazing to sash frame . The black on vertical and gray between the glass and sash frame. PS windows ,doors and insulation will give you more ROI return on investment from day one than almost any other upgrade to your property .

The level of layout, precision cutting, and geometry required to pull off spiral and carved brickwork like this is on another level. 📐⚒️

Centuries later, these chimneys still stand tall against the elements, showcasing what happens when structural engineering meets sculptural art. Proof that taking pride in the trade never goes out of style.
