Seeking a "hands on" technical supervisor in a fast paced, growing, injection molding environment. Hours are 4:30 PM - 2:00 AM (10 Hrs. Second shift), Monday through Thursday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make daily work assignments to employees
• Train and coach employees
• Analyzes Purchase orders to create and maximize efficiency of machining schedules that meet both internal and external needs.
• Set up and start up molds per schedule
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment issues
• Monitor raw material and supply inventory, investigate shortages, and communicate shortages to planners to prevent “no stock” situations.
• Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer orders deadlines are met.
• Conduct periodic product and process audits to ensure compliance.
• Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Directs workers in adjusting machines and equipment to ensure the products meet standards outlined by customer.
• Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
• Maintains employee time, attendance and production records.
• Assists in the development of capital equipment justifications for machine tools and process technology to improve quality, cost, and cycle times.
• Submit reports on performance and progress (where needed)
• Must perform job duties in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and enforce safety guidelines and company standards.
