We were thrilled to celebrate this incredible milestone alongside the Triangle East Chamber of Commerce for an unforgettable ribbon cutting ceremony.

As we celebrate 40 years of Caruso Homes, we are proud to spotlight the homeowners who bring our communities to life, continuing with the Miller family. Here's what they had to say about life in their Caruso Home:

"We are delighted with our new home from Caruso Homes. The moment we toured the home it was a done deal - from the elevated finish over the standard contractor grade we have seen to the feeling of a NEW home rather than accepting the imperfections and character of a home on the market.

We realized the price and incentives were fair and reasonable for us to make the move, overall and the communication direct from the builder Caruso were impressive we wondered why even do we have a realtor?

In the end the process went perfectly, timed with the domino sale of our own home the same day of settlement and then a rapid move with truckloads loaded and unloaded that evening we were settled in and unpacked in a matter of days. We were so eager to settle in our new home and have been just so happy with the home and the community of new owners there.."
