It's official.

My winter is fully booked up on snow! Thanks to everyone who has helped support me by sharing my posts and helping chase a successful business venture. My goal has always been to create a community of people who get high-quality service and care.

Will I take on a here and there snow call? IDK As long as my service doesn't drop to the customer base yes but if it effects how I care for others I will pass. My goal isn't to do 100 this year. My goal is start a division of the company that will survive and thrive over time. Could I do 100 next year? Maybe but baby steps

Bad service today creates headaches for tomorrow. Tomorrow starts the drive around picking up my signs so I don't have to tell people no.

Next few weeks going to be busy!

Now we moving on to snow shortly. I am filling up snow wise. Trying to stay northside of town north of Boyson if possible just purely based upon timing and ease of movement in a storm.

Been great fun chasing this. Winter comes I'll be busy when the snow is flying vs waiting around hoping something happens.

Hi from Cedar Falls.

This roof I started bidding in May. Took three months to get insurance approved but we have Krishna taken care off. Roof is being completed this morning.

I gave this family a free upgrade from Class 3 to Class 4 Impact resistance shingles in partnership with my supplier.

Tomorrow we should have the siding repair on 10sq all finished with new fascia. New gutters and downspouts arrive next week.

One of our favorite weekends is heading to Algona for a 2hr parade full of bands from all over northern west Iowa. This year our niece was junior high band leader of Algona. She did great!

This garage rehab turned out nicely.

Added a new side door. Removed a window in back. Lumberjacked around the garage. Found tree limbs growing in the garage through rotten wood. Removed old siding. Removed existing gutters and downspouts. All new roof, vinyl siding, and seamless gutters. Plus free tree removal so I can could actually do some work.

It doesn’t have to be a large job for someone to care. This was great. The homeowner was fantastic.

Next week I replace some glass vs an entire window. I think I have 6 windows glasses to replace vs replacing the entire window itself. Learning glaze from an old window friend who retired.

I was 18 on 9/11. I remember sitting in journalism watching the news about Tower 1 getting hit and then watching the plane hit tower 2. Almost every year I try to watch a documentary on 9/11. This morning I watched again and still feel anger and sorrow.

Live each day as if it’s our last. Love those around and be thankful for everything.

Terrorism will never win against good no matter how ugly it may be.

Starting a garage rehab. Yesterday I put in a new side door. Today is roofing and Tuesday we starting with new siding soffit, fascia, and new gutters

Thursday I was a lumber jack and removed so much brush and little trees surrounding the thing. Going to look like a new place shortly.
