Before a single wall goes up, before a single foundation is poured, it starts here.

Preliminary staking establishes exactly where your home sits on the lot. From there, we move to construction staking with offsets, taking what exists on paper and translating it into precise reference points in the field that every trade will work from.

Most builders treat this step as a formality. We treat it as the foundation of everything. A house is only as accurate as its first stake, which is why we work with the best to make sure every project starts right.

We’re proud to host partners to experience something we care deeply about, our Learn & Earn partnership with Mayfield High School.⁠

Together, we’ve built an internship program for high school juniors and seniors that goes beyond the classroom. Students step onto active jobsites and learn how to think like builders, developing leadership, accountability, and a real understanding of the craft.⁠
⁠
Along the way, they’re gaining more than technical skills. They’re learning how to communicate, pay attention to detail, solve problems, and carry themselves with confidence in real-world environments.⁠
⁠
This is what it means to bring the classroom to the field, and to invest in the next generation of builders.⁠
