GACW attended the 37th Annual Queensland Mining Industry Health and Safety Conference, held on the Gold Coast in August 2026.

The people in the room are the ones who carry responsibility for safety on site: Site Senior Executives (SSE), safety and health representatives, engineers, and regulators. Artificial intelligence is driving one of the largest infrastructure investment cycles in modern history. Dr. Zoltan Kemeny, who invented the Air Suspension Wheel and founded GACW, has stepped back from his role as Chief Innovation Officer, a role now covered by Rodrigo Pinheiro, our CTO, and from daily management of the company. The Board has given him the additional honorary title of Emeritus Director.

He remains an active member of the Board of Directors and continues to serve as President.

GACW is consolidating its capitalisation table onto StartEngine Secure, placing every shareholder under a single transfer agent on a single platform.

Investors who came in through StartEngine and investors who came in through DealMaker, across any of the company's prior offerings, are being brought onto the same system.

The consolidated register gives the company one authoritative record of ownership and one channel through which to reach every shareholder, for the duration of the offering and after it.

The tour covers the workshop and R&D area, where components are tested and assembled under controlled access, and where Allan Ruming, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Manager, shows the engineering work underway, including a test rig running lubrication systems at six times a normal duty cycle.

Upstairs are the engineering and design area, the administrative offices, a room being fitted out as a training centre for assemblers and operators, and floors set aside for sales, marketing, support and logistics as the business scales.

GACW has undertaken a rationalisation of its patent portfolio, which at the time of review comprised over seventy-five issued patents and more than one hundred and twenty pending applications. Working with a third-party intellectual property specialist, the exercise concentrates resources on the patents that carry genuine commercial value and allows patents that are no longer commercially useful to lapse.

Every patent held carries maintenance and renewal fees in each jurisdiction where it is registered, and those fees run for the life of the patent. The rationalisation is expected to save millions of dollars in international maintenance and renewal fees over the remaining lifetime of the patents concerned, while preserving the protection that underpins the commercial value of the Air Suspension Wheel across every application vertical.

This enables the patents to be licensed per vertical whilst offering protection for the IP.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗲 is intended to consolidate global manufacturing coordination, logistics, operator and technician training, and research and development for the Mining ASW in a single location.

Allan brings over forty years of experience across mining, manufacturing, and heavy industry, with a record of delivering complex engineering and product development outcomes and an established network across the industry.

In his role at GACWheels Mining, Allan is responsible for scaling the company's manufacturing and supply chain capability in support of the commercial rollout of the Air Suspension Wheel.
