Experienced HVAC Technician (Hot Side & Refrigeration)
Location: Charlotte and surrounding areas- Work Van Provided
Schedule: 4 Days per Week
Compensation: Pay based on experience

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician with experience in hot side equipment and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, able to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial HVAC and kitchen equipment, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
Service and repair hot side kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, etc.)
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot refrigeration systems
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Requirements:
Proven experience as an HVAC technician
Working knowledge of hot side equipment and refrigeration systems
Valid driver’s license (required)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
