A little Anderson Orange from the archives. 🟠

Long before today’s fleet, our trucks were already wearing the color that’s become pretty hard to miss around Central Ohio. With Halloween right around the corner, the timing felt too good not to share this one.

Some things change. Some things stay familiar.

From an early Anderson truck to today’s fleet, the equipment may look a little different, but the work behind it continues. A pretty great then-and-now from the Anderson archives.

A little Buckeye history from the Anderson archives. 🏈

Our trucks were on campus helping supply concrete for some Ohio State dormitories in the 1950s, and we’re still proud to support the Buckeyes and the Columbus community today.

Some things never change. Go Bucks! 🌰

Another great Anderson Concrete tradition!

In September, our team came together for our Annual Anderson Concrete Steak Fry at the Shelter House. It was a great evening filled with good food, great conversation, and an opportunity to spend time together.

We’re grateful for our employees and everything they do each day to serve our customers, support one another, and continue moving Anderson Concrete forward.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Steak Fry possible and to all of our team members who joined us!

Great people. Great food. Great tradition.

After helping guide Buckeye Ready-Mix through its formative years and serving Anderson Concrete for more than a decade as Treasurer, Gary Conley is celebrating a well-earned retirement.

Gary graduated from The Ohio State University in 1994 with a degree in Business Management and Accounting. After spending 10 years with DLZ Corporation, he joined Buckeye Ready-Mix in 1999 and has served as Controller for the past 26 years. In 2013, he also assumed the role of Treasurer for Anderson Concrete, a position he held for 12 years.

Gary has always been a calming, steady presence and a wealth of knowledge. He was never too busy to answer questions, explain financial statements, or help others better understand the business.

Everyone who had the privilege of working with Gary will miss him greatly in the office. Thank you for your years of dedication, leadership, and friendship.

Thank you Gary for your 27 years of service!
