Modern Machine Shop México | Modifying a machining program often requires going back to the CAD/CAM programmer, which adds time when the adjustment could be made at the foot of the machine.

TRAK Machine Tools - Southwestern Industries, Inc. presented in Meximold Expo 2026 its ProtoTRAK conversational control, which allows programs to be modified directly on the machine, and its focus on digital twins, which avoids collisions with molds already ready to be manufactured. According to Tony Casillas, TRAK machines are located between production equipment and conventional ones, because they can do both jobs.
