This heat wave has kept our phones ringing and our crews moving from sun-up to sun-down. We know how miserable it is to be without air conditioning in this kind of heat, and we want you to know that we are doing the absolute best we can to get everyone taken care of.

Our team is working as quickly and safely as possible to keep up with the demand. Right now, no-air emergencies are taking priority, and we are doing everything we can to respond to service calls the same day.

That being said, with the extreme temperatures and the number of calls coming in, same-day service may not always be possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding when that happens.

Our guys are working hard, but they’re also working in some seriously hot conditions. We would rather take the extra time to do the job safely than rush someone and put them—or you—at risk.

Today we added another truck to our fleet, and this one will be serving as a manager truck to help us better support our crews and, most importantly, our customers.

It’s easy to look at a new truck and just see another vehicle, but for us, it represents something bigger — the opportunity to continue building a company that takes care of people the right way.

This summer has been one of the busiest we’ve ever had, and we truly couldn’t be more thankful. Every service call, installation, commercial customer, referral, and repeat customer has played a part in getting us here.

We’re proud to be local, family-owned, and invested right here in the Upper Cumberland. We don’t take the trust you place in us lightly.

🏆 WE ARE SO GRATEFUL! 🏆

We are incredibly honored and humbled to receive this award, and honestly, it means more to us than we can put into words.

This summer has been SLAMMED for our entire team. The phones have been ringing, the schedule has been packed, and our guys have been working long days to take care of as many customers as we possibly can. Through all of it, we have continued to show up, work hard, and do everything we can to take care of the people who trust C&W Mechanical with their homes and businesses.

One of our wonderful customers surprised our office today with flowers and Ralph’s as a simple “thank you.” Truthfully, we’re the ones who should be saying thank you.

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day from C&W Mechanical! 🇺🇸

As we celebrate Independence Day, our office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, so our team can enjoy some well-deserved time with their families.

Don't worry—we'll still have a service technician on call for emergency HVAC service if you find yourself without cooling during the holiday.

This past week has been one of the hottest of the year, and our installers and service technicians have worked long hours in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and the summer heat to keep our customers comfortable. We couldn't be more proud of this incredible team, and we're thankful to give them a chance to rest, recharge, and spend time with the people who matter most.

We may not always be able to get there the same day, but we’ll work hard, communicate with you, and get your home comfortable again as soon as we can.
