And just like that, our first summer internship is a wrap!

Nathan spent the summer working alongside our team, learning the ropes, getting hands-on experience, and getting a real look at what working in the trades is all about. We’re proud of the work he put in this summer and we're glad to have him as part of the Carwile team.

We’re excited to continue offering this internship every summer and give more high schools students the opportunity to get hands-on experience and see where a career in the trades could take them. 💪

Another project is taking shape.👏

We’re seeing great progress on the new Wilson County Judicial Center in Lebanon, TN, a four-story, 168,765 SF new construction project. It's exciting to see the progress on a long-term project as it moves closer to completion. In an effort to invest in the future of skilled trades, we are proud to launch our Summer Internship Program, designed to connect local high school students with real-world industry experience and create a pipeline to the workforce. 👷🏻‍♂️

This summer, we welcome Nathan Woerdeman, Junior from Cookeville High School to the team. Nathan stood out during our interview process for his already apparent welding skills, positive attitude, and strong potential for a future at Carwile Mechanical.👏

Throughout the summer, he'll be working alongside our crews full time, gaining hands-on experience and developing valuable skills he can bring back to the classroom. We're excited to support the next generation and continue building a strong future for the skilled trades. 💪
