Connecting communities, one build at a time. 🤝 ETC was proud to serve as the concrete subcontractor for the City of Crossville Bridge Project, completing this critical project in less than eight weeks.

Our work included massive 50' x 10' x 2' footers, reinforced concrete abutments to support the bridge structure, concrete bridge decking, and wing walls designed to help prevent erosion and stabilize the surrounding earth.

This new bridge now connects the Woodlawn walking trails to Crossville's Centennial Park. It also provides access across the Little Obed River for EMS and maintenance crews when needed, helping make our community safer and more connected.

Built to serve the community for generations to come. 💧 When East Fork Utility District was ready to replace its longtime facility, they came to ETC. Through our design-build process, we transformed their initial sketch into a 5,000-square-foot headquarters that brings public services, office space, and storage together under one roof.

This PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) features locally-sourced rock countertops, bullet-resistant doors and windows, drive-through service windows that make it easier to help customers, and convenient above-office storage.

We're honored to have partnered with East Fork Water Utility District to create a facility that will support generations of families in the Town of Monterey, TN.

From unused space to a year-round outdoor escape. ⛳️ ETC transformed the Powers family's Fairfield Glade home with a custom patio retreat for relaxing and entertaining.

This 500-square-foot space combines comfort and craftsmanship with stamped colored concrete, traditional framing, standing seam roofing, stained tongue & groove ceilings, exterior lighting, audio installation, and motorized screens that allow the homeowners to open up the space or create privacy when needed.

The goal was to create a luxury outdoor living area that felt like a natural extension of the home while still providing a private retreat from the activity of the golf course.

A Tennessee getaway, built from the ground up. 🏡 This custom 4,200-square-foot vacation home was designed as a peaceful, functional retreat in Crossville.

From the custom kitchen with quartz countertops and stunning outdoor living area with an inground pool and see-through gas fireplace, every detail was carefully planned and expertly executed by our ETC team.

We also supplied and erected the 40' × 84' steel building on the property and completed all of the concrete work, making this a true start-to-finish project.

A great building starts long before the walls go up. For this project, ETC supplied, fabricated, and erected 20,000+ square feet of structural steel and metal decking, creating a solid framework for everything that follows.

• Fully prepped & ready for a TPO roof
