On the banks of the Clinch River, this 964 sq ft guest home was built to work as both a quiet family retreat and a space for hosting guests. Our team built both into a single structure that connects seamlessly to the outdoors.

Inside, features include 14’ ceilings throughout, a luxury kitchen with high-end appliances, stained tongue & groove ceilings, a full tile shower with glass door, and Andersen doors and windows.

Outside, a 9×10 full-glass garage door opens the living space to the backyard, where a stone fireplace and riverfront setting turn the property into one continuous gathering space. It's exactly what the Walters family wanted: a guest house that feels like home and works like an event space.

When space is limited, building up can change everything. This custom 42-foot-tall steel boat storage facility for Bunch Marine was designed to maximize storage capacity on a tight footprint, housing 40+ boats in a vertical configuration without expanding across the property.

From engineering and steel fabrication to building er****on, the entire project was handled in-house by ETC and ETC Fabrication to keep the process moving forward and maintain quality from start to finish.

Summer is around the corner, and that means it’s time for outdoor toys and gear!

When Tommy's Motor Sports needed more showroom space to keep up with demand, they brought in ETC to engineer and construct their expansion. We were also tasked with bringing the facility up to current fire code standards.

Located off Interstate 40, this busy hub sees steady traffic, so keeping the business open during construction was a top priority. Through careful planning and coordination, ETC's team was able to complete the work without slowing down Tommy's daily operations.

This project features a timber-framed porch entry, pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) construction, galvalume roofing, and liner system insulation finished in black for a clean, modern look. With in-house concrete and steel er****on, the build stayed efficient and on schedule from start to finish.
