Please be aware your unit needs to breathe without prior clearances the system with lose efficiency and have premature failures.

This system was installed with less than one foot on the side and roughly 18” off the top.

I was able to educate the homeowner and inform them on how to make the system a little better by opening up the space where the unit is to help airflow.

Homeowner had someone else out and was told they needed a new fan motor so he got it replaced and the system still wasn’t cooling and that’s when I got the call……

Fan motor was over heating on thermal overload and home wasn’t cooling.

After 1.5 hrs cleaning and unclogging the coil she’s back up and running.

Can you see the build up on this coil?!?

Customer had their unit tuned up 2 months ago by a different company and they were having issues during these warmer months.

Upon inspection and diagnosis I found the system was not functioning due to lack of maintenance…… dirty coils, failing parts and loose electrical connections.

Please be aware not all tune ups and/or inspections are the same.
