Brackett Builders, Inc. Since '83, Brackett Builders, Inc. has provided superior construction services. This high standard has set us apart from our competitors.

PRINCIPAL INVOLVEMENT

A trademark of Brackett throughout the years has been personal involvement by the principals of the company on each and every project. We are dedicated to the job from the initial planning stages through the completion. PREPARATION

During the early stages we assist the project team in identifying issues, conceptual budgeting, preconstruction planning and cost control analysis. Each project is different and Brackett has the resources to adapt to many different situations. SKILLED WORKFORCE

Brackett employs a skilled craft-force of superintendents, carpenters and laborers. We instill in our employees the philosophy of providing top quality work at a fair price. Our craft-force is a vital part of the building team that provides point-of attack control of project goals. We also take great care in selecting subcontractors that conduct business in a fair and honest manner and also provide top quality workmanship. COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The success of a construction project is determined not only by the quality of the product delivered, but also by client's satisfaction with the building process. SAFETY

A successful project is one that has been completed safely. Brackett takes the necessary steps to run safe jobsites including weekly safety meetings with employees, daily safety walkthroughs to review jobsite conditions and hiring independent safety consultants to review our sites. Safety on a job has a direct impact on the cost, quality, and schedule of a project.

Our largest Tolles Career Fair ever brought students and employers together this week.

Students connected directly with local businesses, explored career pathways, and built valuable professional connections that could lead to internships and future jobs. These conversations helped students see how the skills they are building at Tolles translate into real opportunities in our regionโ€™s workforce, while employers had the chance to meet the next generation of talent preparing to enter their industries.

Thank you to the incredible businesses and industry partners who joined us to network with our students and explore the next generation of talent entering the workforce.

Career-technical education works best when education and industry work together, and this week was a great example of that partnership in action.

Thank you to our project team, trade partners, and the Bristol Republic team for helping bring this project across the finish line!
