Today our team is excited to share the recent completion of a shop expansion for Nielson Communications Inc. off of Mike McCarthy way in Green Bay Wisconsin. This new addition added space for NCI to continue being a local leader in radio communication operations, as well as continuing their equipment support for local police departments. We are proud to announce the recent completion of an addition to a corporate hangar project at Austin Straubel Airport. After completing the final finishings, this project added additional indoor parking and maintenance spaces to an already impressive aviation facility. A big thank you to everyone involved in bringing this project to life! Excited to see the hangar and its new addition in operation!

Recently broke ground on a new project in Quarry Park. Today, masonry work is underway beneath heated tenting. By this spring, Quarry Park will have some brand new amenities such as new electrical, parking lot upgrades, a new concessions building, and a new trail system around the park.

Closing out the story for the Spring Lake Activity Center the project is complete and in use. The floor is beautiful and the classrooms will get used often, a great amenity for a great customer. Smet has completed over 5 major projects for Spring Lake Church over the years.

Footings and foundations are being placed this week for the Corporate Hangar project out at Austin Straubel Airport. Once backfilled we are then protected from the frost and from a construction standpoint a great milestone for winter construction. The added space will accommodate the maintenance area and additional indoor parking making room to better accommodate the aircraft in the hangar bay.

After re engineering the steel for an HVAC upgrade the EDL Packaging plant is now being erected and will be enclosed from the elements soon. Once finished it will be a state of the art manufacturing facility located in the West De Pere Industrial Park.
