Supporting fellow Oneida business owners means a lot to us.

We were glad to help Suzy at Studio Graphics Inc. with this concrete work and deck repair project. She’s supported D&T with branded tees and clothing, so it meant a lot to return the favor and help out however we could. Projects like this are a good reminder that local relationships matter.

Before you sign a contract, slow down and do your homework.

Getting 3 bids, verifying licensing and insurance, and reviewing relevant experience can save a lot of stress later. A project is not just about price. It is also about who you trust to do the work the right way.

Future you will be glad you asked the extra questions (and so will we). 😊

This barn remodel took more than just a fresh finish.

On this project, we stripped it back, wrapped it up, installed new siding, updated the windows, and brought in the barn-style wood details that gave the whole exterior its character back. A lot of the work on this one was about tying the new look together the right way so it felt clean, finished, and true to the building.

Projects like this come together when the details are thought through early. That makes a big difference in how the final result looks and how smoothly the work gets done.

Meet Otis, our Lead Scent Specialist. He’s a beagle, so naturally he’s always sniffing, making his rounds, and keeping his nose in everybody’s business. Around here, he’s got a big personality and takes jobsite patrol very seriously.

Respecting tribal elders is a tradition we will always honor.

We came out to take care of some siding work and had the chance to build these garden beds as a gift for the elders living in the home. Being able to do good work and give a little something back at the same time meant a lot to our crew.

This one turned out great, and we were happy to help.

We're proud to support Steve Webster, Ukwakhwa, and the Oneida community.

Ukwakhwa is doing important work in the Oneida community by helping keep native farming, food, and knowledge alive. What started with growing heirloom corn has grown into hands-on learning, seed sharing, and teaching others about these traditions. We tagged them in this post, so check out their page.

Proud of our D&T Construction crew for spending the day at Ukwakhwa helping wake up the Three Sisters mounds for the new growing season.
This was more than just a day of helping on the farm. It was a chance for our team to slow down, reconnect with the land, learn from traditional knowledge, and be reminded of the importance of community, culture, and working together.
Our crew left feeling mentally refreshed, grounded, and grateful for the experience.
Yaw^ko, Ukwakhwa for welcoming us and allowing us to be part of this meaningful work.

This De Pere remodel was about making a good home work better for the long run.

A lot went into this project from start to finish. We had to tie new work into the existing home, frame the addition, get it wrapped in, roofed, sided, and bring it all together the right way.

Projects like this take planning, communication, and attention to detail every step of the way. We’re proud of how this one turned out and thankful for the crew that made it happen.
