This week, we celebrated the official groundbreaking of the addition and expansion project at Dowling Catholic High School.

Focused on modernizing some of the school’s oldest facilities and supporting future generations of students, the project includes a new student union, secure main entrance and relocated attendance office, expanded parking, renovated kitchen and dining areas, additional practice and competition spaces, expanded seating for Masses and pep rallies, and a storm shelter that will also serve as an auxiliary athletic court.

We’re proud to partner on a project that will enhance campus safety, student life, and the overall Dowling Catholic experience for years to come. We look forward to continuing BUILDING WHAT’S IMPORTANT together!

This week, we joined Buena Vista Regional Medical Center for the groundbreaking of its new medical office building.

The new 30,000 SF facility will bring together UnityPoint Clinic Family Medicine providers and the BVRMC Pharmacy under one roof, creating a more convenient and connected healthcare experience for the community.

We’re proud to be part of the journey in BUILDING WHAT’S IMPORTANT for Storm Lake and the surrounding region.
