We’re Hiring: Machine Shop Foreman
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong CNC setup, CAM programming, troubleshooting, and process improvement experience. The right candidate will help lead a small machine shop team, keep jobs moving efficiently, and support continued growth in both job shop and low-to-medium-volume production work.
Qualified candidates must have strong CNC machining experience, CAM programming ability, and the leadership skills to help maintain high standards for quality, efficiency, and accountability.
