This one was one surprise after another. Was just supposed to be a quick shower remodel and replace a few square feet of rotten subfloor. What was a “slight” soft spot in the floor outside of the shower turned into the entire floor system in the hallway and adjacent bedroom being torn out due to extensive water damage/rot to the bottoms of walls,subfloor and the sleeper joists (bathroom, bedroom, and hallway were previously built over an existing garage slab). People, if you suspect a small leak in your bathroom, do NOT wait to call someone. You have no idea where that water is going to and what kind of unseen damage is occurring. Thanks for looking, and please call before your “small issue” becomes something like this….trust me, you don’t want to know what the bill is for something this extensive 👊

From initial consult to design/demo/rebuild, this project was a blast. It’s even more fun when your customer is a delight to work with and so much fun to be around! Recent and fun job. Removed a couple layers of wall, did a little redesign, than on to all the new! We are very happy with the end results and the customer is ecstatic!

Love it when customers call back with more work to do! Just a slight kitchen update a couple of weeks ago. They did the upper wall painting, we have done the flooring and wainscoting. Waiting for another call for cabinets and granite countertops 👍🤞
