For the past few weeks, Hudson Ford has been spending the final days of his summer break with us at Ford Construction, job shadowing team members across our operations and getting a firsthand look at what has made this company successful for the past 70 years.

As a member of the fifth generation of the Ford family, Hudson has had the opportunity to learn from employees throughout our organization, gaining insight into the teamwork, dedication, and commitment that have built the Ford Construction legacy.

We believe one of the best ways to understand our business is by spending time with the people who make it happen every day. We appreciate everyone who has taken the time to invest in Hudson and share their knowledge and experience.

Our history is something we’re proud of, and it’s exciting to see the next generation taking an interest in the values that have guided Ford Construction for seven decades.

At Ford Construction Company, we’re proud to be part of building the roads, bridges, and infrastructure that keep America moving.

More importantly, we’re thankful for the hardworking men and women who make that possible every day.

We hope each of our team members enjoys a safe and well-deserved holiday surrounded by family and friends. Take time to reflect on the blessings of freedom, remember those who have sacrificed to protect it, and appreciate the values that continue to unite us.
