Construction progress continues at the new Alu Materials America manufacturing facility in Halls, Tennessee, and Forcum Lannom Contractors is proud to serve as the General Contractor for this exciting project.

The project involves renovating the former Tupperware facility into a modern manufacturing operation to support Alu Materials America’s growing U.S. presence, serving the electric vehicle, solar energy, construction, and building industries.

Over the past several months, we've made significant progress in bringing new life and opportunity back to the existing building. Once complete, the facility will initially house two extrusion lines as Alu Materials America continues expanding its manufacturing capabilities in the United States.

🎉 Congratulations to Ty Matheny! 🎉

We are proud to announce that Ty Matheny has been promoted to Level II Designer at Forcum Lannom Contractors!

Ty graduated from Murray State University and joined the Forcum Lannom team in 2021. Since then, he has continued to grow through his dedication, hard work, and passion for design. Throughout his time with the company, he has contributed to a variety of projects while continuing to strengthen his technical knowledge and industry experience. This promotion reflects Ty’s commitment and the value he brings to both our engineering and design teams each day.

Forcum Lannom Contractors Welcomes Erick Martinez



Forcum Lannom Contractors is proud to welcome Erick Martinez to the team as a Project Engineer. A Dyersburg native, Erick graduated from Dyersburg High School in 2022 before earning his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Murray State University in 2026. Having grown up around the company, with both of his parents working at Forcum Lannom Contractors, he is already familiar with the people and values that make up the organization.

Before joining full-time, Erick gained hands-on experience through three summer internships, working in project engineering, superintendent, and project management roles. He was drawn to Forcum Lannom Contractors because of its culture, reputation, and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, and he looks forward to continuing to grow his industry knowledge while further developing his estimating skills.



Erick brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling, and cooking, with Gatlinburg, Tennessee among his favorite vacation spots.



We’re excited to have Erick on the team and look forward to the contributions he will make at Forcum Lannom Contractors.
