A new industry standard is giving schools and facility leaders guidance on the inspection and maintenance of permanently installed gymnasium equipment.

ASTM F3783-26 covers equipment such as basketball backstops, volleyball systems, divider curtains, and wrestling mat storage systems, helping facilities establish best practices for inspection, maintenance, and service.

In our latest blog, we break down what the new standard covers, who it impacts, and what K-12 schools and higher education facilities should know moving forward.

Behind every successful athletic program is a facility designed to support excellence both on and off the court. 🏀

We're proud to have contributed to the University of Maryland Basketball Performance Center, a state-of-the-art facility that provides student-athletes with dedicated spaces for training, recovery, nutrition, academics, and team development.

Projects like this are made possible through strong partnerships. Thank you to Clark Construction Group, Gensler, and Irwin Seating Company for their collaboration in bringing this exceptional facility to life.
