JP Equipment is looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator who takes pride in quality workmanship and getting projects completed on time.

🛠 What We're Looking For:

✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

✅ Strong fabrication and layout skills

✅ MIG welding experience required

✅ TIG and Stick welding experience a plus

✅ Ability to understand project timelines and meet deadlines

✅ Experience with structural steel and custom fabrication

✅ Attention to detail and quality workmanship

✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

📋 Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Fabricate and weld parts from blueprints

🔹 Fit, cut, grind, and assemble steel components

🔹 Operate fabrication equipment safely

🔹 Maintain a clean and organized work area

🔹 Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards
