One Month. Full Remodel. Ready Before Summer Hit.
If you miss your ready date by even a week in this market, you can miss the whole summer booking season. This 3-bed, 3-bath ocean-view condo in Gulf Shores was fully remodeled in one month flat. It was done before May, so the owner didn't lose a single week of peak summer rental season.
Layout adjustments were made to make better use of the space. Including new showers, part of the kitchen redone, full repaint top to bottom, overhead lighting and fan power added to the bedrooms and living room, which never had it. It was bad enough the ceilings had popcorn, but even worse they were concrete.
The owner doesn't live in Gulf Shores full-time, so we ran the entire job as we do: scheduling, trades, the works — without them needing to be on-site once.
