Heat pumps go into defrost cycles periodically during the extreme cold temperatures. If you look outside and see steam rising from your outdoor unit and the fan motor appears inoperative, dont fear, this is normal.

Just a friendly service reminder....With the extreme cold temperatures we are seeing alot of frozen gas regulators. If you get up in the morning and your heat is inoperative, try heating your
gas regulator.
