Meyer Najem Construction management that strengthens communities through crafted buildings, intentional guidance

At Meyer Najem, we understand that a successful construction project takes a collection of people and processes and we have a passion for conducting it all to perfection: from the feasibility study to post-construction, for the single storefront to the multi-site corporation. We focus on a strong foundation, crafting buildings that meet the highest industry standards of sustainability, safety and

technology. We approach each project with the utmost care and due diligence from start to finish. And we know that teamwork, proactive management and continuous communication are instrumental in a successful construction project. We’ve been strengthening communities throughout the Midwest since 1987. And we focus on all aspects of a community - healthcare, senior living, commercial, religious, government and institutional facilities.

Brownsburg High School's new tennis facility just earned the USTA's Outstanding Facility Award, recognized at the US Open as one of just 12 winners nationwide in the Educational Institutions category. We're proud to have built it.

The 21-court complex, featuring 15 pool play courts and 6 enhanced competition courts, turned an underused piece of land into one of central Indiana's premier tennis destinations. High-performance surface coatings and post-tensioned concrete give every court a consistent, high-quality playing surface, while dedicated team and coaching areas support athletes preparing for high-stakes matches.

Just as much care went into the spectator experience: seating with sightlines to every court, plus a services building with restrooms, concessions, and flexible meeting space that doubles as a team or hospitality area. That attention to detail was put to the test when the facility hosted its first ever ATP Tour event, bringing professional tennis to Brownsburg for the first time.

This project reflects the kind of work we love building: K-12 spaces that elevate the student experience and sports facilities that serve their communities well beyond game day. Congratulations to Brownsburg High School. This facility raises the bar for high school and professional tennis in Indiana for years to come.

Our Women in Construction group stepped away from offices and jobsites for lunch and a ride on the Pickled Pedaler. It was the perfect opportunity to connect, share laughs, and strengthen the relationships that make our team so successful.

Meyer Najem is building a new, 25,000 SF fire station designed to support the men and women who serve the Greenwood community every day. The facility includes three apparatus bays, living quarters, a kitchen, a training room and offices, giving first responders a modern space built for both readiness and rest. The site also features a pre-engineered metal building for additional apparatus storage and a burn tower for hands-on training, ensuring firefighters have the tools to stay prepared.

Delivered through a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, this project reflects Meyer Najem's continued commitment to municipal work that strengthens public safety infrastructure and serves communities with distinction. We are proud to help bring this facility to life for the City of Greenwood.

Nothing brings people together quite like great BBQ. Our August cookout, hosted by the Marketing, IT, Safety, and Development teams, was a chance to step away from our desks, connect with colleagues, and enjoy an afternoon of good food and great company. Investing in employee culture means creating opportunities to build relationships, strengthen teamwork, and celebrate the people who make Meyer Najem a great place to work.

Meyer Najem is proud to serve as a chief event sponsor of this year's Back the Blue Wheelhouse Social, benefiting the Central Indiana Police Foundation, which supports officers and their families, provides resources for those serving in the line of duty, and builds positive partnerships between law enforcement and the community.

We see that same commitment in the public safety projects we deliver. Every headquarters, training facility, and municipal building we complete is meant to serve the people who use it and the community around it. We are honored to support programs that enhance officer safety, wellness, and community engagement throughout Central Indiana.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting St. Johns County for a tour of our Flagler Fire Station projects. There's nothing like walking a project site together to see the progress up close.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We're committed to delivering facilities this community can count on for years to come.

We’re proud to celebrate the completion of the Lebanon Community School Corporation (LCSC) Tiger Cubs Pre-K Facility and new LCSC Central Office! Designed by Schmidt Associates, this transformative project converted the former Central Elementary School into a modern administrative center and pre-k facility, creating a welcoming space for students, staff, and families. From updated learning environments and an expanded dining area to enhanced building systems and finishes, this renovation honors the building’s history while supporting the future of education in Lebanon.
