Taking a look back at one of our projects from 1997, the City of Palms Parking Garage in Downtown Fort Myers!

This five-story, 187,000-square-foot precast concrete structure provides parking for 560 cars, along with 6,000 square feet of retail space at the street level.

When we designed the garage, we wanted it to be more than just a place to park. The design was created to fit into the surrounding urban environment, provide a pedestrian-friendly experience, and serve as a gateway into Downtown Fort Myers.

We incorporated retail storefronts, streetscape elements, lighting, signage, colors, and architectural details to help make the garage feel like a part of the community rather than simply a parking structure.

Nearly 30 years later, we're proud to look back at projects like this and see the lasting impact they’ve had on Downtown Fort Myers.

With decades of experience in construction administration, Rich plays an essential role in bringing projects from design to completion. His expertise includes coordinating with owners, architects, and contractors; reviewing submittals and shop drawings; responding to RFIs; evaluating pay applications; conducting site observations; and helping ensure construction stays aligned with the contract documents.

Rich’s extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience make him an invaluable part of our team and a key resource throughout the construction process.

Four months. One major transformation.

Since our first drone footage in March 2026, the Goodwill Port Charlotte project has progressed from a cleared site to an active construction project with foundations, structure, paving, and more taking shape.

Every building has a story, and sometimes, that story changes completely.

For this 12,000-square-foot Tenant Improvement in Punta Gorda, we helped transform a space formerly occupied by Muscle Car City into a new Goodwill retail location serving the local community.

Working within an existing structure, our team focused on adapting the space to meet Goodwill’s operational needs while creating a welcoming and functional environment for its customers and community.

It’s a great example of how thoughtful design can give an existing space a new purpose and a new chapter.

We were honored to attend the ribbon cutting for the Goodwill Retail & Donation Center Tenant Improvement project and celebrate another space designed to serve the Southwest Florida community.

A special thank you to John Nadeau and Doug Stewart for their continued trust, loyalty, and partnership. We also extend our appreciation to Steven Bowen Construction, MP Structures, and Burgess Brant for their collaboration in bringing this project to life.

The Seascape Condominium on Bonita Beach, Florida, sustained extensive damage from Hurricane Ian in 2022 after experiencing more than 14 feet of storm surge. Following four years of restoration planning, design, and construction, the residence has been fully restored, allowing homeowners to once again enjoy 100% of Seascape.
