Today, we celebrate an incredible career and recognize the retirement of Bob Walcheski, whose dedication, expertise and leadership have made a lasting impact on Underwater Engineering Services, Inc. (UESI) over the past 27 years.

Since joining UESI in 1999, Bob has played an instrumental role in shaping our technical capabilities and supporting some of the most challenging projects in the nuclear industry. Serving as Senior Vice President of Technical Services and Nuclear Division leader Bob has brought an unmatched depth of knowledge, professionalism and commitment to everything he has done.

With more than 44 years of experience in the nuclear industry, Bob's contributions extend far beyond his impressive technical qualifications. His expertise has helped UESI successfully serve nuclear utilities and facilities across the country and internationally.

Throughout his career, Bob has also been actively involved in industry standards and technical organizations. His leadership, mentorship, and willingness to share his knowledge have helped strengthen not only UESI but the industry as a whole. While his accomplishments and certifications speak volumes, what truly defines Bob's legacy is the knowledge, experience, and dedication he has shared with the people around him and the lasting mark he leaves on our company.

Bob, thank you for 27 remarkable years with UESI! Your contributions have helped shape who we are today, and your impact will continue to be felt for years to come. As you begin this next chapter, we wish you a retirement filled with happiness, good health, relaxation and plenty of time for the things you enjoy most.
