Big congratulations to Connor Hardin for graduating from MDTP last week! His future with Winsupply is bright.
Five months of learning, growth, and leadership development have led to a big milestone for our latest MDTP West graduates!
Through Winsupply’s Management Development Training Program (MDTP), these leaders challenged themselves through in-person residencies, online learning and a capstone project presented to Winsupply executives and Area Leaders.
Their hard work reflects a commitment to growing as leaders and preparing for what’s next, whether making an even greater impact in their current roles or pursuing future opportunities as a Local Company President or Manager.
Join us in congratulating these graduates on their achievement and the possibilities ahead!
