IMPORTANT!

If you purchase a new HVAC system, PLEASE make sure the company registers your equipment. They should send you the registration via email within a couple of days of the installation. If they don't follow up, your warranty will be limited to 5 years, NOT 10.

If you have a new build, YOU need to register your equipment within 60 days of ownership. If not, you do not have a 10-year warranty.

We do not like to tell people that their unit is NOT under warranty, but it is happening more and more often.

If you haven't scheduled your annual HVAC check, it's time! The temperatures are rising, and calls are coming in about units blowing air but not cooling and drain lines needing clearing. These issues can be checked during your seasonal HVAC check. We are now scheduling appointments from the last week of May through June. The Keller Services Charities Golf Classic is coming up on May 7th, and we need donations for the silent auction/raffle. We are looking for gift cards (restaurants, entertainment, personal care (spa, nail salon, massage), signed memorabilia, or baskets (coffee, tea, movie night, game night, beach basket, etc.).

These donations are tax-deductible and greatly appreciated. If you can help, please let me know, and I can arrange a pickup. Don't have time to get something, but want to help?
