We were pleased to attend the 5th Annual Manufacturing Career & Internship Fair hosted by Penn State Behrend School of Engineering, led by Dr. Paul C. Lynch and his team.

It was great opportunity connect with students about careers in manufacturing and the skilled trades – and to catch up with our with our former summer intern Lucas Blum!

We’re also excited about the college’s new METAL (Metallurgical Engineering Trades Apprenticeship & Learning) program focused on casting and forging. Partnerships like this help us support our local community by building future career pathways.

We’re currently accepting applications for summer internships. Apply now: [email protected]

We received an inside look at the innovative pre-apprenticeship and externship programs at the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville Manufacturing Assistance Center’s Education & Training campus. ️

These programs give students hands-on experience and connect them with local companies, helping to grow the next generation of skilled talent in manufacturing.

A big thank you to Melanie LaLone, Workforce Readiness & Recruitment Coordinator, and Evan Tanner, MAC Instructor, for guiding us through the tour and sharing their insights!

Happy ! Wishing you a little extra luck today! 🍀🌈
