PSA: Your NOT SAVING ANY MONEY by having your wheels or anything else for that matter sand blasted somewhere else before bringing them to be powder coated. These wheels just got dropped off and the customer had them done at another shop. Not sure if they were blasted with gravel or shot blast, but this surface profile is so rough it will take hours upon hours to sand down and multiple coats of primer to build it relatively smooth. Just because someone has a sand blaster it doesn’t mean they know how to properly prep certain items. Leave it up to the shops that do this kind of work daily because in the end it’s only going to cost you even more money!!
