Before ----> After. Chased a lot of wood rot on this one. Ended up reframing and sheathing the walls. Sliding doors to nowhere out, new Anderson windows and vinyl siding in.

The previous deck wasn't even safe to walk on anymore so we removed it all and gave our clients a fresh start out back! The right side unit also got some new siding to bring it all together

Our clients wanted a space for their son to do his work and also display some of his beloved action figures. I would have loved my own area like this as a kid!

Making progress at our Pennsbury project. After discovering the previous builder didn't know what flashing was, almost this entire back wall was a total rotten loss. New top plate sections, 3/4 of new wall framing, 33 feet of new rim joist and so much more and we finally have this elevation looking like it should again. LP lap siding going up shortly.
