The Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator to lead projects from pre-construction through completion. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving project success, building client relationships, and helping shape the future of the company.
You’ll oversee all aspects of construction projects—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish
* Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, and project schedules
* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
* Oversee site operations, inspections, and quality control
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
* Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
* Identify and solve project challenges proactively
* Contribute to company growth, strategy, and operational improvements

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior PM in commercial construction
* Strong estimating and pre-construction experience
* Deep understanding of construction logistics and scheduling
* Experience managing inspections and regulatory compliance
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency with project management software
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
