Found this on  preventative maintenance.the heat exchanger on this rooftop unit was cracked, allowing carbon monoxide to enter the space potentially poisoning all people inside.  we brought this to their attention. They approved the work and we  had the new heat exchanger installed the same day.  at Pure comfort 🔥❄️⚡️ we don’t cut corners. This could have easily been overlooked if it wasn’t for our thorough preventative maintenance program. Get your  preventative maintenance done seasonally it could save your life!

Tis the season. A very common problem with air-conditioning systems are capacitors going bad. At pure comfort on every maintenance we test and replace all capacitors that are showing symptoms of being bad.
