At our monthly staff meeting, we take time to recognize team members who consistently go above and beyond and exemplify our company values.

This past month, we were proud to recognize two of our field team members, Dominick and Gabe, for their outstanding commitment and teamwork. When repairs were needed on several windows at the Nuway building, they stepped up to help. Even as heavy rain moved in, they continued working to ensure the building remained protected and dry inside.

Thank you, Dominick and Gabe, for your dedication, hard work, and willingness to do whatever it takes to support the team.

Nuway was founded in 1975, and co-owners Andy Nesbitt and Jan Oostland purchased the company in 2018. They have led Nuway to become one of the region's most respected commercial contractors, serving clients across northern Indiana, southwest Michigan, and northwest Ohio in commercial construction, multifamily housing, convenience stores, storage facilities, and real estate development.

What truly distinguishes Nuway is its unwavering investment in people. Guided by their faith and a commitment to honoring God through their words and actions, Andy and Jan have cultivated a workplace where employees are valued not only for their contributions but also as individuals. Nuway empowers employees to develop personally and professionally while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Through its Community Impact Builder initiative, the company highlights a different nonprofit organization each month, encouraging employees to volunteer, donate, and serve organizations making a difference throughout the region. Its annual charity golf outing has become a signature event that raises awareness and support for local nonprofits, particularly smaller organizations. Nuway also partners with organizations including Feed the Children, Habitat for Humanity, Bashor Children's Home, and the Salvation Army.

We're excited to see progress on the MasterBrand Cabinets office renovation in Goshen, IN.

Following a fire that damaged their office last year, our team is hard at work helping restore and rebuild their space. This week, framing walls were installed, bringing the project one step closer to completion.
