Exterior repaint for Cross Built Construction, LLC. Color SW Peppercorn
This house needed some seriously major prep and quality paint. If you look at the side of the house, you can see how the colorant is literally getting baked out out of the paint. This is a know issue for low grade paint, Ultra-Spec from Texas Paint & Wallpaper for the win! This paint has better colorant suspension to deal with Son fading over the years to come. Stay tuned for the garage remodel. We will be finishing coming up soon.

We stripped and refinished this front door package three years ago. Today I returned to give her an interior estimate and saw how great the front door still looks after all these years and I wanted to post this so people can see it is possible to keep a stained door in top shape. The maintenance plan we offer works one coat of marine grade spar varnish applied yearly. This prevents the sun from wreaking havoc on your beautiful stain.
