This was a fun project!

This old tie car has been modified to haul a mini excavator down the track to assist with various jobs and repairs.

This trailer deck was previously mounted to the tie car and had gotten ripped off due to incorrect ways of attaching these two together.

We were able to weld on some heavy box tubing to create some crossmembers to allow the trailer to rest on. Then weld the trailer deck to the cross members for a good solid mount!

This solution should allow for many more years of service to come!

From bent and beat-up to back in service.

This railroad track truck came in with a heavily damaged rear bumper/platform. The old bumper was removed and replaced with a custom-fabricated heavy-duty diamond plate bumper built to withstand the demands of railroad and industrial service.

Stronger, safer, and built for years of use in the field.
